STRUCTURE

Players will play 5-7 games (depending on number of participants)

Players will be ranked by number of wins and then by cup differential

You will have a new, random partner for each game played (time to make some new friends!)
RULES
These rules are designed with four primary goals:

To keep games running efficiently & quickly

To minimize disputes between players

To increase fairness to all players

To eliminate gimmicky style rules
***Weird things happen in pong and we cannot list a rule for every scenario, but we try to make the rulings as fair and consistent as possible***
The Short Version of the Rules

No blowing
-
No fingering
-
No behind the back rollback shots
-
2 in same cup doesn’t end the game, counts as 1 cup
-
2 makes=1 ball back. 3 cups made per turn maximum
-
Auto re-racks at 6-3-1
-
Bounce is 2 cups. You may catch or swat bounce
-
Let opponent remove made cup before shooting second shot
-
OT is 3 cups, no re-racks
-
Every team has chance for rebuttal
-
Each partner shoots until they miss in rebuttal

If team 1 double cups last cup, team 2 must double cup to send to OT
-
If team 1 triple cups last cup, team 2 must triple cup to send to OT
